Returns
We offer refunds on unsuitable items that are returned within 14 days of delivery. If your order is over 14 days since delivery the return will be at our discretion and a voucher provided if applicable, vouchers are valid for 3 months.
We will only be able to refund orders once we receive the items back. Postage will be refunded for faulty items.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Socks & Tights due to hygiene reasons.
Delivery Options
All orders to destinations outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed where possible. We are not responsible for any delays to your order once they are with the courier. Please note that any customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. All UK order are sent Second Class Royal Mail - Made to order items have a turnaround of 3-5 Weeks. Instock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 days of being dispatched.
